Child Development

Students can take Child development as an option, this course offers an insight into child care and is very useful for anyone who is interested in perusing a career in the care sector or nursing. The course comprises of three elements;

• Research task on a given subject with four areas to choose from
• A written exam in year 11
• The child study – which is carried out through observations and evaluations
