We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Birth–Three Leader to join our leadership team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead day-to-day practice within the Birth–Three phase
Monitor quality of provision and drive continuous improvement
Oversee staffing, deployment and resource management
Produce termly curriculum overviews and communication for families
Contribute to the strategic development and promotion of the Nursery
Maintain unity and coherence across leadership teams
