Work Location: Scarisbrick Hall School
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Contract Types: Permanent 
Position Type: Full-time (51 Weeks per Year)

About the role

Our independent Nursery is Nationally recognised for its innovative curriculum, immersive outdoor learning and uncompromising commitment to excellence. We place children firmly at the heart of our practice and believe in developing confident, curious and capable learners from the very beginning.

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Birth–Three Leader to join our leadership team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead day-to-day practice within the Birth–Three phase
  • Monitor quality of provision and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee staffing, deployment and resource management
  • Produce termly curriculum overviews and communication for families
  • Contribute to the strategic development and promotion of the Nursery
  • Maintain unity and coherence across leadership teams
