We are seeking a skilled and compassionate EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support within our inclusive learning environment. This role will involve one-to-one support and close collaboration with teaching staff to ensure that every child is empowered to thrive.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contribute to planning and evaluation of personalised learning programmes
Monitor and record progress to inform Individual Education Plans
Provide high-quality pastoral and personal care support where required
Maintain a stimulating, well-organised and safe learning environment
Build strong partnerships with families
Engage fully in staff development and professional learning
