About the role

Scarisbrick Hall School are looking to appoint a high-quality football coach to deliver our football programme, the post holder must be dedicated to the improvement of the technical and tactical ability of our pupils and therefore help them to develop an improved level of performance. The post holder will deliver our football coaching within our Scarisbrick performance pathways and group sessions.

The Football Coach will work directly with and be line managed by the Head of Faculty – Sport and PE and Head of Football.

What we're looking for:

Create and deliver a high-quality football coaching programme focused on developing pupils’ individual technical and tactical ability.
Plan and deliver engaging sessions that demonstrate clear progression and support long-term player development.
Develop football training camps and opportunities outside of the school term.
Encourage participation at all levels and help create pathways for continued development within the Scarisbrick Performance Pathway.
Mentor and support players, coaches and student volunteers while promoting the high standards and values of Scarisbrick Hall School.
Monitor and evaluate coaching sessions and player progress, while maintaining appropriate health, safety and safeguarding standards.
