After working incredibly hard to exceptionally high standards during their time at our independent sixth form, Scarisbrick Hall students are equipped with the skills they require to achieve great success at the top higher education institutions across the country. Our unique and bespoke Sixth Form experience enriches their academic experience in preparation for university life.
We place paramount importance on ensuring that all of our sixth form leavers achieve a place at their desired university. Our independent sixth form supports students in their journey to find the university course which best suits their personal preferences and future career aspirations.
Each year, the majority of our sixth form leavers move on to their first choice university. Across our most recent independent sixth form cohorts, an average of 75% of our sixth form leavers have accepted offers to study at the prestigious Russell Group Universities.
Life after Scarisbrick Hall
When our students leave Scarisbrick Hall’s independent sixth form, they move on to study a wide range of subjects at higher education level. There is a vast array of courses that our sixth form leavers pursue, reflecting their diverse interests and specialisms.
The courses that have been studied by previous sixth form leavers include medicine, law, languages, engineering, accountancy, finance, fashion, geology and politics, as well as a selection of professional training courses.
Scarisbrick Hall’s support does not end when students leave our independent sixth form. Sixth form leavers often return to discuss career options with our Sixth Form tutors. Scarisbrick Hall Alumni provides a network of professional support for former students throughout their career.
