As part of our Performing Arts programme, pupils from age 4 and upwards can learn to dance through the Royal Academy of Dance with our highly-qualified teacher, Miss. S Dwyer. Our Royal Academy of Dance classes are ideal for beginners and advanced dancers alike. This dance tuition class is designed to provide a solid foundation of skills for all other dance forms. The Royal Academy of Dance offers an internationally recognised portfolio of examinations and assessments. These examinations and assessments are designed to motivate and encourage students of all ages and abilities.

Specialist Royal Academy of Dance Tuition

Our specialist Royal Academy of Dance tutor, Miss. Dwyer has studied many dance forms. These dance forms include ballet, tap, jazz, modern, musical theatre, street dance, hip-hop, drama, and signing. Miss. Dwyer herself is a student of the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance, having graduated with a Diploma in Dance Teaching Studies before securing her registered teacher status.

Classtimes are as follows:

Beginners class for children aged 4 to 7 – Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4.15 to 5pm.
Beginner class for children aged 8 to 11 – Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm.
Intermediate dance class for children aged 12 to 14 – Thursdays at 6pm.
Advanced dance class for students aged 14+ – Thursdays from 7pm until 8pm.

Classes for children aged 8 to 14+ cost £120.00 per term, paid in advance via debit or credit card. Classes for children aged 4 to 7 are charged at £60.00 per term. Payment must also be made in advance via debit or credit card. Payment can also be made via cheque. Sessions are available to both internal students and children in the local community.
