About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional practitioner who is passionate about delivering the very highest standards of childcare and education within our Outstanding Early Years Nursery and Pre-School at Scarisbrick Hall School.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking leadership team that values collaboration, kindness and mutual respect. You will play a key role in nurturing children’s development across mind, body and spirit, while contributing to an innovative and engaging EYFS curriculum that places strong emphasis on outdoor learning and holistic development.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide each child with a safe, secure home away from the home environment
- Enjoy teaching and exploring outdoors
- Be an outstanding key person and liaise with parents, carers and senior staff
- Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of a specific age group
- Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
