We are seeking to appoint an outstanding EYFS Lead Practitioner to take strategic and operational leadership of a designated age group (phase) within our setting. This is a key leadership role within our Early Years team, responsible for driving consistently high standards of care, education, and practice, ensuring excellence in all that we do.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within EYFS, including leadership or senior practitioner responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and safeguarding requirements
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
