Salary: up to £14.80 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Reporting to: Full time over 4 days
About the role
At Beautiful Beginnings Day Nursery, we believe that the earliest years of a child’s life are the most precious and influential. The relationships we build, the experiences we provide and the environments we create lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning.
We are seeking an exceptional Baby Room Leader and specialist in infant development to lead our youngest children’s provision and inspire a team of passionate Early Years practitioners.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Scarisbrick Park, our nursery is guided by our philosophy of Education in Harmony with Nature, where nurturing relationships, curiosity, exploration and a deep understanding of child development are at the heart of everything we do.
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, with Level 5 or 6 desirable.
- Significant experience working with babies and children under two.
- Proven leadership experience or clear evidence of exceptional leadership potential.
- Specialist knowledge of infant development, attachment and early communication.
- An excellent understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework and safeguarding requirements.
- The confidence to coach, challenge and inspire colleagues.
- A reflective, ambitious approach to improving Early Years practice.
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine commitment to working in partnership with families.
- A passion for nature-based learning and creating beautiful, purposeful environments.

Safeguarding
