Work Location: Beautiful Beginnings Day Nursery, Scarisbrick Hall School
Salary: C£13.50 per hour.
Contract Types: Permanent
Position Type: Full and part time positions available – all year round (Working hours flexible between 07:30-18:00)
Reports to: SENCO
About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and compassionate EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support within our inclusive learning environment. This role will involve one-to-one support and close collaboration with teaching staff to ensure that every child is empowered to thrive. The position is based at Scarisbrick Hall School.
We are a high-quality independent Nursery dedicated to delivering exceptional Early Years education through innovation, nurture and meaningful outdoor learning. Our provision is rooted in strong relationships, ambitious outcomes and a deep respect for every child’s individuality.
Your efforts will support the ongoing improvement of our services and standards, working collaboratively with the rest of the Early Years team to enhance the overall experience for our children.
Main activities:
- Support high-quality teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Deliver tailored interventions to meet individual needs.
- Champion inclusive practice and neurodiversity.
- Promote independence, resilience and emotional wellbeing
- Contribute to rich indoor and outdoor learning experience.
- To be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, summer fayre, etc
- To ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained.
