Jensen Cycles Over 1000km for Young Minds
Over the summer, our Year 10 pupil, Jensen C embarked on an incredible challenge to cycle over 1000km as part of his Duke of Edinburgh fundraising activity. This impressive feat wasn’t without its challenges—Jensen kept pushing forward, determined to raise money for a cause close to his heart.
In a truly remarkable ride, Jensen completed an astonishing 165km. His dedication paid off as he successfully raised a total of £1215 for Young Minds, a charity that supports young people’s mental health. This incredible amount will help fund vital resources and services for those who need them most.
Jensen took on this challenge in memory of his cousin and his determination and resilience throughout the summer have truly shown his commitment to making a difference and supporting the mental health of young people across the country.
A huge congratulations to Jensen for such a fantastic achievement and for raising awareness for such an important cause. Your hard work and dedication have made a real impact, and we are all so proud of you.
